Approximately 600 Dictionaries, Drug Awareness Ribbons, bookmarks and pencils were delivered this week to every third grader in the Frankfort/Franklin County School System, including those enrolled at private schools. Bill Moore, Exalted Ruler of Frankfort Elks Lodge #530, along with his helpers Sandy Moore, Ronald Whitaker, Sandi Whitaker, and Ron Whitaker, made sure these kids received an early Christmas present from the Elks.

The Frankfort Elks Lodge has been providing free dictionaries to every third grader in the Frankfort/Franklin County School system since 2009
