At the Elks National Convention in Indianapolis last week, one of our Frankfort Elks Lodge members was sworn in as the new District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler (DDGER) for the East District of Kentucky.

As you can see in the picture above, Past Exalted Ruler Bill Moore took the oath and will serve a one-year term as DDGER. His duties include inspecting and assisting all the lodges in the district, as well as helping those lodges with any problems they may encounter.

Also pictured with Bill is the new DDGER for the West District of Kentucky, Greg Swinney from Louisville Lodge #8.

We know that Bill will do an outstanding job in this new position. Congratulations, Bill!
