WHERE: Juniper Hills Golf Course, Frankfort, KY

COST: $80 per person entry fee (includes lunch prior to play, green fees and cart)

T-Shirt: Shirt sizes Small through XL are included with your entry fee. Shirts 2X+ will have a $5.00 surcharge. Shirts are custom made and we can only guarantee your size if paid entry is turned in before May 8, 2023.
