Our annual cookout for the veterans at the Lexington VA hospital is this Saturday, September 20.

If you’d like to join us, we’d love to have you. We’ll be setting up in Building 27 in the rec room. We plan to start cooking around 10:30 AM, and to serve lunch at noon.

We can still use help. Many of the veterans need help getting food and eating, so there’s plenty to do.

There will also be entertainment, as Frankfort Elks member and Disney Cruise Lines entertainer Mike Archer will be performing live.
